Equipment used: Two Allegro 2 Reformers and one Reformer Trapeze Combination™, shared among three participants.

What to expect
One-on-one, 50-minute sessions offered in the GYROTONIC® method, Apprentice Stage, under official guidelines, using the specialized Pulley Tower.
* Clients may choose Pilates or the GYROTONIC® method for each booking, but each session is dedicated to one method only.
* These sessions are currently offered at a special apprentice stage rate. Rates will adjust upon full certification.

Grip Socks Requirement

For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required during all sessions. If needed, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Session Length

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, which may reduce the time available for your workout.

Expiration

Single session expires 1 month after purchase date
3-Pack expires 2 months after purchase date
5-Pack expires 3 months after purchase date
10-Pack expires 6 months after purchase date
All sales are final. No extensions or transfers.

24-Hour Cancellation

Any cancellation made without 24-hour prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the class/session.

If you are part of a Duet or Trio Session and your partner(s) cannot attend, the session will convert to a Private Session at the Private Rate. You are welcome to invite friends or family to keep the session at the duet/trio rate.
