One-on-one, 50-minute sessions offered in the GYROTONIC® method, under official guidelines, using the specialized Pulley Tower and (JSB) Jumping Stretching Board to support a more dynamic, lengthening, and integrative movement experience.

Grip Socks Requirement

For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required during all sessions. If needed, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Session Length

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, which may reduce the time available for your workout.

Expiration

Single session expires 1 month after purchase date
5-Pack expires 3 months after purchase date
10-Pack expires 6 months after purchase date
All sales are final. No extensions or transfers.

24-Hour Cancellation

Any cancellation made without 24-hour prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the class/session.

If you are part of a Duet or Trio Session and your partner(s) cannot attend, the session will convert to a Private Session at the Private Rate. You are welcome to invite friends or family to keep the session at the duet/trio rate.
