  • Comfortable workout clothes are recommended for the best movement experience. Please avoid clothing with zippers or sharp details to optimize your workout.

  • Yes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase grip socks at the studio.

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Yes, session packages have an expiration date. Please check details at the time of purchase.

  • We are located at 1311 Kapiolani Blvd Unit #501, Honolulu. Free parking is available for clients, with entrances from both Kapiolani Blvd and Piikoi St.

  • Yes, sessions are available in both English and Korean.

  • Yes. While the instructor shares time between clients, groups remain small so you still receive individualized guidance.
